We are always there

Your vehicle requires service? No problem! Since service and repairs are covered by your Lease agreement, the only important thing you need to keep in mind is to bring your car for service by Garage Centraal Aruba at the appropriate intervals for your unit. We take care of the rest! Furthermore, if the service takes more than 24 hours you will get a loaner vehicle so you keep moving!

Your car have a mechanical issue? Just contact our Fleet Supervisor and arrange an appointment to bring your vehicle. Our technician staff is ready to get your car back on the road. And with your Lease Full Service contract, depending on availability you can get a replacement car so you don't stop moving while we repair your vehicle!

As with any incident, start by contacting the road service provider that works for your insurance company (Forensys, Nagico, etc.) to report the incident. Once that is done, the car can come to Garage Centraal Aruba so the repair can be done on your vehicle. Our Lease contracts are done always with Super Coverage level. Your insurance company will provide you with a loaner vehicle. Be mindful of taking your personal posessions with you as you leave the car for repair if you so deem necessary.

After contacting the police, inmediately notifiy us, and bring a copy of the police report with you. If there is availability, we will provide you with a loaner vehicle so you keep moving!

After the police have been notified, the vehicle theft needs to be reported to us inmediately, and include a copy of the police report when you report the incident to us. Depending on availability, a loaner vehcile can ber povided to you.
